Miseinen officially opened on June 30, 2008. There is no official theme for the site, even though it's named after my lovely gazetto. I offer Jrock graphics with also anime, videogames and some Jpop. It's really just a collection of my favorite things all in one. Pretty much a website I will practice graphic and web design at until I make a portfolio. My website has a wide variety of content where only the best of my abilities is displayed. Hopefully Miseinen will please all visitors and fans.

The Name

"Miseinen" is the name of one of the GazettE's singles. the GazettE is a visual kei Jrock band, also my favorite band ever! The reason I picked it was mainly because it sounded like a catchy website title, but I'm also in love with the lyrics. You can read the english lyrics here. The song is pretty much about Ruki and I can relate to certain parts. Miseinen has more than one version; Piano and Guitar. I'm not sure if there's anything else because I'm too lazy to research. xD

History

Unlike many graphic designers who started off at Neopets, I began at a freehosted page builder website called Piczo. I started off offering 'graphics' which turned out to be random anime pictures and crappily-made graphics. My programs were Paint and free trials of Photoshop, Paintshop and Photofiltre until I finally bought Photoshop and Paintshop. Slowly, my skills got higher and I finally left Piczo for my first hosted site. I've had a few websites now that were all hosted. Today Miseinen is my current site and I'll probably be hosted by Cyndy until her hosting blows up or I buy a domain. But I'm broke, so I'll be here for a long long time! The end. ^_^

etc: I love visual kei, my favorite Jrock band is the GazettE. I also listen to Blam Honey, Dir en Grey, and 12012. I like some Jpop such as Utada Hikaru and Ayumi Hamasaki. I don't really watch anime because I have no real interest for it. My alltime favorite anime is Blood+, with Death Note in second. The first one I ever watched (or read, since I bought the manga) was //.HACK. I get almost all of my inspiration from the GazettE themselves. There's just something about their music, beat, lyrics and their physical appearance that gets me in the graphic-crazed mood. Someday I wish to become a graphic designer. Other hobbies I enjoy are webpage design and video editing.
